    Microsoft has resolved the email and calendar outage from yesterday and reports that services are stable. Thank you for your patience. If you’re still experiencing issues, contact the ITS Support Center for help by visiting service.drake.edu/its, calling 515-271-3001, or visiting the lower level of Carnegie Hall.

    ITS staff continue to monitor the Microsoft outage impacting Outlook and Teams. Microsoft reports progress in restoring email and calendaring services but the issue is not yet fully resolved. The web version of Outlook is sporadically inaccessible and some users are experiencing timeouts when using the desktop app. In Teams, some users are experiencing slow connections or timeouts with messages not syncing.
